Role Overview

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices (500+ weekly) while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. This is a 100% on-site role located in NW Oklahoma City.

The work environment is an office adjacent to an operational area with diesel engines, so candidates should be comfortable working near an industrial workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review 500+ invoices per week in a fast-paced accounts payable environment

• Perform invoice matching, coding, and discrepancy resolution

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment inquiries

• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and documentation

• Assist with month-end close activities as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-volume Accounts Payable required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
