Salary: $26-$30 (DOE)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Set up, operate, and maintain Haas CNC milling and turning centers.• Read and interpret technical drawings, and engineering documents.• Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications using a variety of measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, vision measuring system, bore gauges).• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS• +3 years’ experience operating and setting up Haas mill and turning centers (Haas, VF4, VF2, TL1).• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.PREFERRED SKILLS• Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming (Autodesk, fusion).• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ADDITIONAL NOTESHealth Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid HolidaySchedule - M-F 7am-3:30pm
