Production Warehouse Associate – Solar Products

Location: Harahan, LA
Pay: $18–$20/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Warehouse Associate for a local manufacturing company in Harahan that builds solar and energy-efficient products. This is a hands-on job for someone who likes working with their hands, using tools, and being part of a production team. If you’ve done construction, electrical, maintenance, or warehouse work — this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials in the warehouse

• Helping assemble solar lighting and electrical components

• Using hand tools and basic power tools on a daily basis

• Assisting with simple wiring or electrical work (experience is a plus, not required)

• Pulling parts and staging materials for production

• Packaging finished products for shipment

• Keeping the shop and warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Helping with basic shop or building tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

• Experience doing hands-on work (warehouse, construction, shop, maintenance, etc.)

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet

• Knows how to use basic hand tools

• Shows up on time and works well with a team

• Follows safety rules and job instructions

Nice to Have:

• Electrical, solar, or wiring experience

• Construction or carpentry background

• Manufacturing or assembly experience

• Forklift or pallet jack experience
