We’re seeking a reliable Shop Helper to assist in countertop fabrication and installation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, supporting skilled fabricators and ensuring quality production.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cutting, polishing, and finishing countertops (granite, quartz, etc.)
• Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support installation team as needed
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using power tools and measuring equipment
• Prior experience in fabrication or construction preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
