System Coordinator:
Are you passionate about technology and hands-on problem solving? We are seeking a motivated Systems Coordinator to support and maintain critical systems within our facility. This role goes beyond traditional helpdesk support and focuses on in-depth troubleshooting, system management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues for facility systems
Maintain and support operating systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory control systems
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users to maximize productivity
Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrades of software and hardware
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system-related challenges
Create and maintain system documentation and reports
Ensure IT infrastructure remains fully operational and aligned with business needs
Minimum of 1 year of experience in systems coordination, IT support, or a related role
SQL experience required
1–2 years of report writing experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with commercial Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder, JDA, SAP, or similar platforms
Familiarity with supply chain or logistics environments
Experience with systems such as JDA, NTV, Blue Yonder, SAP, or related tools
This is not a traditional helpdesk or ticket-based support role
Position involves deeper technical support and systems management
On-site role based in Rantoul, Illinois
Schedule Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm
