Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a sales customer service rep for a boiler/HVAC company in Centennial, CO! The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, Boiler or other similar industries, working sales/customer service or technical experience.

 

Job Highlights:

 

• Serve customers at the counter and on the phone to identify correct parts, equipment, and solutions
• Maintain stock and product, receive and inspect shipments and input information into system
• Park and ship orders from the warehouse for delivery and assist with part ordering and processing
• Understanding and adhering to laws codes policies regulations and safety practices
• Build customer loyalty offering knowledge and service about products and resolving parts inquiries

What we look for:

• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 plus years of experience in either HVAC or wholesale parts industry is strongly desired
• Comfortable climbing ladders and operating forklifts with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency and knowledge in computer software's like Excel Epicor and Adobe
