Customer Service Representative Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is phone-intensive and requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls throughout the day
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and general inquiries
Provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner
Document calls and update customer information as needed
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable being on the phone for most of the workday
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Basic computer skills
