Call Center Representative – Hunting Survey Project

 

Position Type: Part Time Temporary / 30 hours a week 

Schedule: Schedule and shifts vary.  Preferred coverage hours are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, so evening availability is ideal.

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Call Center Representatives to support a short-term project conducting hunting-related surveys. If you enjoy speaking with people, have a professional phone presence, and are comfortable following a script, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals to conduct a standardized hunting survey
• Accurately record responses using provided software
• Follow call scripts and survey guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout each interaction
• Meet daily call and completion targets

 

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
