Job Title: Business Development Representative
Location: Oxnard, CA Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $70,000 base salary + bonuses and commission
Job Description The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This role requires a focused, goal-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to think critically when developing and executing growth strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to drive new business
Develop and nurture new relationships to support company growth and expansion
Maintain and strengthen existing client and partner relationships
Think critically and strategically when planning initiatives to ensure project success
Lead business development efforts from initial outreach through execution
Qualifications
1-2 years of business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies
Highly focused, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
