This is a fast-paced, office-based position that requires excellent computer, multitasking, and communication skills. If you’re stuck in a retail, fast food, or customer service job and want more — Express is the place for you! No prior staffing, recruiting, or HR experience is required.

Pay:

  • $19.00–$23.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • (Schedule may vary based on business needs)

Job Duties:

  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Manage heavy phone traffic and provide excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and clients
  • Perform face-to-face onboarding including drug screens, background checks, and employment verifications
  • Handle HR-related responsibilities such as payroll processing, offboarding, and coaching conversations
  • Support recruiting efforts for Light Industrial, Skilled Trades, and Office Services roles
  • Sales, prospecting to potential new clients in our area
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure workforce satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate and client records in the system
  • Collaborate with team members to meet office goals and performance metrics
  • Assist with marketing and community outreach to grow business partnerships
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
