Express Employment Professionals is seeking an HVAC Technician to start ASAP. The HVAC Tech is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and related facility equipment. This includes air compressors, air dryers, and variable-speed air handlers, as well as performing general building and grounds maintenance as needed.

On-call rotation with additional earning potential
Perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of roof-top HVAC units and related systems.
Conduct chemical treatment and testing of all closed water systems, maintaining accurate records.
Operate and maintain electrical, pneumatic, and digital control systems related to HVAC.
Support general facilities operations including building and grounds maintenance, furniture relocation, equipment repair, and snow removal.
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours alarms or maintenance requests within 20–30 minutes.
Operate company and/or personal vehicles safely while traveling between facility locations.
Foster positive working relationships across departments and with leadership.
Promote organizational values, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain compliance with company safety, operational, and performance standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree in HVAC Design & Maintenance preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance required
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and maintenance procedures
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment efficiently
Good record-keeping and organizational skills
Commitment to safety and quality service
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
