The Facility Maintenance performs demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Mechanical, Utilities and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes. Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment: Boilers, Generators, Electrical, mechanical, utilities, associated systems and equipment to ensure safe environment and operational reliability.
3 Years as a Service Related Technician is required.
3 Years Hospital Maintenance is preferred.
1 Year High- rise Mechanical and/or Utilities systems experience is preferred.
Required Driver's License State of Florida
Education
Required High School or Equivalent
