The Showroom Sales Lead is responsible for guiding customers through the product selection process, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and driving revenue through consultative sales. This role serves as the primary point of contact for showroom clients and ensures all interactions reflect professionalism, expertise, and customer-focused service. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, engaging, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

Job Duties

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide expert product recommendations.
• Lead customers through the full showroom experience, including demonstrations, feature explanations, and pricing discussions.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through close, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
• Develop strong product knowledge and stay current on new offerings, features, and promotions.
• Track customer interactions, quotes, and follow-up activities in company systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals in a commission-driven environment.
• Support showroom events, promotions, and merchandising updates as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve customer experience, sales processes, and showroom performance.
