What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Evaluate and appraise a wide range of items, including firearms, tools, jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and sporting goods
• Negotiate loan amounts and clearly explain terms to customers
• Verify customer identification and complete all required documentation
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with merchandise sales, pricing, and display

• Strong math skills and the ability to multitask
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of merchandise evaluation and appraisal
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash responsibly
• High school diploma or equivalent
