Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Worker with 5+ years of experience to join our team for industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will perform general and specialized carpentry tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship, strict adherence to safety standards, and compliance with project specifications. This role requires physical stamina, precision, and the ability to work in industrial or field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, assemble, install, repair, and maintain wooden structures, fixtures, and forms.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to complete carpentry tasks accurately.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with other trades, supervisors, and project managers to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpentry worker, preferably in industrial, energy, or construction projects.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Skilled in operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in industrial or construction settings.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have a clear driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
