About the Role:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist for a reputable company in Midland. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stability, consistent hours, and a strong team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions

• Complete weekly reconciliations for AR and AP

• Prepare, record, and reconcile reimbursed expenses, allocations, and liabilities to general ledger accounts

• Review and verify requisitions, invoices, bills, and related documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies

• Set up new vendors in the accounting software, including W-9 tax documentation

• Perform spreadsheet analysis and assist with word-processing and database updates

• Maintain organized files, records, and ensure policies, procedures, and forms are updated

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of AP/AR experience

• Proficiency in Excel

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Roughneck Software experience is a plus (training available)
