Customer Service Representative
Are you someone with excellent customer service skills who’d enjoy a role with a predictable schedule? Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-known manufacturer to help them hire a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate has previous Customer Service experience in addition to experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook and excellent communication skills.
Pay:
- Pay is up to $45,000/year
- Company is willing to train someone who has basic computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, and previous customer service skills
Schedule: This is first-shift position, Monday-Friday.

Job Duties & Requirements:
- Monitor incoming orders and make sure they are accurate, enter manual orders, and resolve any issues with pricing or invalid items.
- Monitor shipments with open orders and work with the internal team to make sure shipments are sent out correctly and on time.
- Work with vendors and internal team to answer any questions related to availability, shipment status, or customer service related questions. Will do that via email, phone, and fax.
