Janitorial Manager

Job Duties:
• Supervise janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are consistently met
• Coordinate cleaning plans, supply usage, and task assignments for daily and special projects
• Manage ordering, inventory, and proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform hands-on cleaning as needed to support team workload or special tasks
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and enforce best practices across the team
• Communicate with management and clients regarding facility needs, issues, and project updates
