Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Project Manager for local HVAC company. Permanent. Direct hire. Salary 90-130k. 

 

Summary of Position

The primary purpose of this position is to use skills and experience to manage multiple construction projects at an advanced level. This individual will operate as part of a team, making project decisions and ensuring proper communication and coordination with field staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all functions necessary to run and manage multiple construction projects.

  • Lead the completion of multiple projects accurately and on time.

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems, commercial and mechanical piping, and ductwork.

  • Responsible for the training and direction of Junior Project Managers and Commercial Field Staff.

  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Preferred Education

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management required, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Construction.

  • Certifications/Licenses:

    • Valid Driver’s License required.

    • OSHA 10-hour Certificate required.

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Preferred Education: An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, plumbing, construction management, or mechanical engineering is preferred. Coursework or experience related to these fields is also preferred.
