Industrial Painter

Located in Greenville, TX

Salary: $17/hr-$23/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Industrial Painter position for a Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers.
• Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes using spray guns.
• Inspect finished work for quality, thickness, and uniformity; make corrections as needed.
• Maintain painting equipment, spray booths, and work areas in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Track and record paint usage, job completion times, and material inventory.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Knowledge of paint types, mixing ratios, and application techniques.
• Ability to operate spray guns and related painting equipment.
• Understanding of proper surface preparation and finishing standards.
• Minimum 1–2 years of industrial or automotive painting experience (fabrication or metal finishing preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures
