Salary: $23.00-$25.00/hr.
This person will serve as the first point of contact for clients and support the daily operations of our service desk. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, supporting internal teams, and maintaining organized and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer and route incoming client calls in a professional and courteous manner.
· Create and assign service tickets in our internal system (training provided).
· Monitor shared inboxes to ensure timely responses to client requests.
· Support scheduling, call logging, and follow-up tasks as needed.
· Facilitate clear communication between clients and technical staff.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative certification preferred.
· Previous experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, or dispatching is preferred.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic proficiency with common office software; willingness to learn ticketing tools such as ConnectWise.
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
