Position Overview

- Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, weekends required with varied weekday shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with trash removal and cleaning of floors and surfaces as needed
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive tasks
- Previous dishwashing or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Background screen-Required
