Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• As a technical plumbing and HVAC product specialist, provide technical support to our clients daily. Requests come in via phone, Email, and Fax.
• Conduct presentations and trainings via webcast.
• Manage a portfolio of customers ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE:

• Experience working in the plumbing or HVAC industry, especially with heating and cooling equipment.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft products.
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must be outgoing with a passion for winning.
• Must be a self- starter.
• 2+ years’ experience
