Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking, construction, and using both hand and power tools to build, repair, and install a variety of structures and fixtures. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans.

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.

• Construct, install, and repair furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, and frameworks.

• Inspect and replace damaged structures or fixtures.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.

• Ensure work is completed within project timelines and budgets.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role.

• Knowledge of woodworking techniques and construction methods.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
