We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder will weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using various welding processes such as TIG, MIG, Flux-cored arc, plasma arc, shielded metal arc, and submerged arc welding . Responsibilities include setting up, operating welding equipment, ensuring proper alignment of parts, and inspecting finished welds for defects.

 

Responsibilities:

• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
• Prepare and set up parts for welding according to blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect welds and workpieces for defects and measure workpieces to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Monitor and adjust welding processes to avoid overheating or distortion of materials.
• Report equipment issues and material defects to supervisors.

Requirements:

• 2+ Yeats of welding experience.
• Proficiency in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, PAW, and SAW welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Certification or formal training in welding techniques preferred.
