Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: 

• Set up orders for clients
• Handle invoices
• Assist with tracking orders
• Heavy communication over the phone, email, and some in person. 
• Working closely with the operations team 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 

• MS Office proficiency is required.
• (2-3) years of experience in an office setting 
• Attention to detail is crucial
• Good work ethic

Customer Service Representative Shift: 

• Monday-Friday | 8A-5P
• Full-time schedule 
• Temp to hire opportunity
