Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We are recruiting a Driver/Warehouse Associate for a reputable company in Guelph. This is a full-time, physically active position that requires a reliable and safety-focused individual. The successful candidate will work both in the warehouse and on the road delivering goods to local customers using a Ford F350.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving:
- Schedule and organize the distribution of goods
- Assemble containers and skids
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against receiving documents
- Route goods to correct storage areas
- Pack and prepare goods for shipment
- Unpack incoming goods
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods
- Perform shipping/receiving tasks when not driving
Driving Duties:
- Occasional delivery driving after 10 AM
- Deliver products to customers in: Guelph, Toronto, Kitchener, Waterloo, Hamilton, and surrounding areas
- Safely load/unload materials weighing 10–70 lbs
- Operate company Ford F350 safely and responsibly
- Maintain a fully clean drivers abstract (mandatory)
Requirements
- Fully clean driver’s abstract – REQUIRED
- 1 year of driving experience
- Ability to lift 10–70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Organized team player with strong attention to detail
- Must be fit and able to handle physically demanding tasks
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Must be able to operate a propane counterbalance forklift (client will provide training if needed)
