Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and hardworking Custom Cabinet General Labor Helper in McMinnville, TN. This position supports the cabinet shop with day-to-day tasks and requires someone who is motivated, teachable, and able to follow instructions accurately.
Job Title: Custom Cabinet General Labor Helper Location: McMinnville, TN Pay: $15/hr.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general labor tasks in the custom cabinet shop
Measure, cut, and handle materials as directed
Use and read a tape measure accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow instructions and support skilled cabinet makers as needed
Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Ability to read and understand a tape measure
Willingness to learn and follow directives
Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
