Position Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting audits, and providing insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll support as needed

• Collaborate with operations and leadership to provide financial insights

• Assist with audits and regulatory filings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or construction industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
