Sewing Machine Operator

Located in Bridgeview, IL

Salary: $17-20/hour, DOE

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team in Bridgeview. This role involves working across various areas of the production floor, including sewing, packing, cutting, marking, and interpreting cut sheets. You will be expected to work where directed by the supervisor and contribute to the efficient production of custom outdoor covers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines with speed and precision
• Perform quality sewing to meet production standards
• Assist in packing, cutting, marking, and interpreting cut sheets
• Follow supervisor instructions and shift between tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Experience with industrial sewing machines
• Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently
• Flexibility to work in different areas of production
• Ability to read and interpret cut sheets
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Spanish language skills are a plus
