Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends. No holidays.

Full-time | Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM - NO WEEKENDS!

Our Jr. Recruiting Specialist serves as the face & initial point of contact for associates and clients. You will be responsible for answering inquiries both on the phone & in person, scheduling appointments, consulting candidates on processes and potential opportunities available to them, Screen, recruit and interview potential candidates. coordinate professionally with our clients regarding applicants they may be searching for & general office work such as data entry, filing & scanning documents.

This is a highly demanding & fast paced work environment, we are looking for candidates that are able to maintain composure & professionalism at all times, while analyzing and/or prioritizing multiple duties at once.

What You’ll Do:

Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Use search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline data).
Ensure compliance with employment laws, diversity goals, and company policies.
Source, screen and Recruit candidates to match open positions for your clients
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
Present and explain services in a clear, professional, and engaging way
