Materials Planner Coordinator

Overview:
We’re looking for a Materials Planner Coordinator to manage the flow of materials and keep production running smoothly. This role works closely with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure inventory is optimized and production schedules are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders and inventory to prevent production delays

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for on-time deliveries

• Analyze and resolve supply chain issues, support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in materials planning, inventory, or supply chain coordination

• Experience in manufacturing or automotive preferred

• Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP systems

• Associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred

Qualities:

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently

• Regular standing, walking, reaching; occasional bending and twisting

• Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus
