Pay: $18–$19/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Logistics Associate to join a busy warehouse and office team in Export, PA. This hybrid role combines supply room, shipping/receiving, and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help manage inventory, process shipments, and communicate with vendors while supporting daily warehouse and office operations.

Responsibilities of the Logistics Associate:

• Process incoming shipments: unload deliveries, inspect for damage, verify packing slips, and stock inventory
• Prepare outgoing shipments: pick, pack, label, and coordinate carrier pickups for ground and freight shipments
• Track orders and shipments using computer systems, including Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, invoices, and shipping timelines
• Enter invoice and shipping tracking information accurately
• Provide general office support: answer phones, coordinate virtual calls via Teams, and assist with supply room tasks
• Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth operations
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely

Requirements of the Logistics Associate:

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving, supply room, or warehouse operations preferred
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment with office interaction
