Job Title: Servicing Financial Advisor
Location: Exeter, CA or Remote (Hybrid Option Available – must work Pacific Time)
Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + Quarterly Bonus

As a Servicing Financial Advisor (Lead FA), you’ll manage approximately 200 clients, serving as their primary day-to-day advisor. You will:
Relationship Management
- Be the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct annual reviews and proactive check-ins.
- Ensure clients feel confident, supported, and informed.
Financial Planning & Execution
- Prepare, update, and interpret financial plans using tools like MoneyGuidePro.
- Collaborate with the Senior FA to execute plan recommendations.
- Coordinate with Operations on client service requests while maintaining full client communication.
Opportunity Identification & Sales Support
- Identify planning gaps or potential opportunities within client relationships.
- Support Senior FA with follow-through on investment, insurance, or account changes.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of client directives.
What You’ll Need
Licenses:
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) – REQUIRED
- California Life Insurance License – preferred
- CFP – preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years in financial planning, paraplanning, or advisory support
- Direct client-facing experience
