A long-standing Taylorville manufacturer is looking for a reliable Packaging Associate to join their team. This role focuses on preparing, assembling, and packaging products with accuracy and attention to detail. If you enjoy hands-on work in a steady, full-time environment, this is a great opportunity.
Package, label, and inspect products to meet quality standards
Prepare materials for shipment and maintain clean work areas
Follow safety guidelines and production procedures
Work independently and as part of a small team
Ability to obtain or already have a valid FOID card
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on your feet
Good attendance and work ethic
Previous manufacturing or packaging experience a plus (not required)
$16.00 per hour
Consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule
