Machine Operator – 15.00+ DOE

Express Employment Professionals is looking for an associate who can safely operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality coffee and tea. Ensures equipment runs efficiently and meets product specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Perform minor repairs and ensure machinery meets product specs (e.g., settings, seals, oxygen levels).
• Conduct quality checks and document results accurately.
• Complete changeovers, including sanitation and reassembly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards.
• Ensure correct materials, weights, and packaging configurations are used.
• Support food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Train new employees once certified.
• Communicate equipment or personnel issues to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of production experience, ideally in food/beverage
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting and follow safety protocols.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours 

Machine Operator Shift:

• Monday - Thursday
• 6am-4:30pm
• Must be able to work on Fridays as needed & Overtime
