Position Overview

The Estimator will support both residential and commercial restoration projects, working closely with adjusters, customers, project managers, and internal teams. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, timely estimates and ensuring projects move smoothly from inspection through rebuild. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed restoration and reconstruction estimates, including full rebuild estimates
• Work in-house to support project managers, customers, and insurance adjusters
• Handle scope reviews, change orders, and communication with insurance carriers
• Assist with estimating for both commercial and residential projects
• Provide professional, customer-focused service throughout the restoration process
• Help ensure projects stay on track, from initial inspection through final build-back
• Support company sales goals, contributing to approximately ~$2M in supported sales annually
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction estimating, insurance adjusting, or related field
• Proficiency in estimate writing (Xactimate strongly preferred)
• Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• College degree a plus, but not required
• Experience with large-loss or commercial projects is highly desirable
• Willingness to work out of area as needed
