Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Green & Clean Maintenance Worker to assist a local municipality in maintaining public spaces such as parks, city buildings, and recreational areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general groundskeeping duties including mowing, edging, weed eating, and leaf/blower cleanup

• Plant, water, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds

• Perform light painting, graffiti removal, and upkeep of park benches, signs, fences, and playgrounds

• Assist with general building maintenance and janitorial duties such as trash removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning

• Maintain cleanliness of park restrooms and public facilities

• Operate small tools and equipment such as push mowers, weed trimmers, leaf blowers, and paint sprayers

• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or needed repairs

• Provide support for community events or seasonal projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or general labor preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

• Reliable and punctual with a strong team mindset

• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE and follow city safety protocols
