Full time DIRECT HIRE career position for Patient Care Coordinator

 

Patient coordinator is a key administrative and clinical support role. PCC is the first POC for managing patient experience from start through entire continum of care. PCC will do patient intake, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, documentation, billing support and communicate with patients and providers.

 

Seeking patient care coordinators with 2-4 years + experience within a medical clinical setting, audiology experience highly preferred.

 

Mon - Fri 8 - 5p.m work schedule

Patient Intake

Appointment scheduling

Insurance & Authorizations

Billing & Invoicing

Records Management /Documentation

Communication/ follow-up/phones

Financial Transactions & Reporting (daily requirement)

Office operations, monitor faxes and email system

Update voicemail and signage for office closures

Work withaudiologists and admin staff to ensure smooth clinic operations

 

Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination (required)

Communication and interpersonal skills  (required)

Proficient with CE, V-Tracker, Availity, NPPES and office software

Organization skills and strong attention to detail
