About the Role

As our Business Developer, your primary responsibility is bringing in new business. You will prospect, qualify, and build relationships with key decision-makers through both phone outreach and in-person sales calls. You’ll represent our office in the community, promote Express’ staffing and workforce solutions, and play a vital role in helping local companies thrive.

You will succeed in this role if you are confident engaging with business leaders at every level, enjoy consultative selling, and have the discipline to follow a structured daily/weekly sales plan.

• Conduct outbound B2B sales prospecting (phone and in-person)

• Schedule and conduct client discovery meetings
