About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator/CSR to join their rapidly growing team in Haymarket ,VA. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status
  • Process orders, invoices, and maintain records in company systems
  • Coordinate schedules and assist with project documentation
  • Support office functions including filing, data entry, and supply management
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
