The Seed Laborer will assist with the handling, processing, and packaging of seeds for distribution and sale. Responsibilities include cleaning, sorting, and inspecting seeds, operating equipment as needed, maintaining organized work areas, and following safety and quality standards. The role may involve lifting, bending, and working in indoor and outdoor environments depending on seasonal needs.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. Prior experience in agriculture or seed handling is a plus but not required.
