• Pay: $13.00+/hour (DOE) | $300 - $400/week base + commission
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Sales experience, especially with ag equipment, is preferred. Must be confident with Microsoft Office, comfortable cold calling, and eager to meet targets and grow into a Sales Manager role.
We’re looking for a motivated and goal-driven individual to help customers find the right agricultural equipment, from tractors to lawnmowers and other implements. This position's daily tasks include assisting walk-in customers, making sales calls, preparing quotes, and managing deliveries using company vehicles.
Must be punctual with valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Must show up on time without excuse and perform assigned tasks on time.
Must be self-motivated
Should have experience in sales – Ag equipment preferred.
Must be able to comprehend numbers and can explain the same with clarity to prospective customers.
Must be familiar with Microsoft office.
Should have a sense of urgency to meet targets.
Should have the excellent demeanor to interact with prospects and customers,
Should be able to able to identify opportunities to increase sales
Should not have issues with cold calling.
Willing to drive company vehicle (truck and trailer) to deliver and pick up equipment without any hesitation.
Must help to build up a sales team and eventually get promoted to the position of Sales Manager.
Pay will depend on experience and performance.
