We have been asked by a client in Noblesville to help them find a Customer Service Representative. Our client provides athletic items to sports teams and, in this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience for athletic and sports-related clients.

 

Pay & Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Hours/Shift: Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO
  • This is a direct hire placement.

What will you do as a Customer Service Representative?

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
  • Maintain strong relationships with athletic departments and sports teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

What qualifications will you have as a Customer Service Representative?

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field
  • Attention to detail and a positive, service-oriented attitude
