Ability to effectively communicate with the customer to properly prepare necessary documents to coordinate a residential or organizational move.
- Customer Service: ability to effectively communicate by email or phone with the customer to complete the necessary documents required to coordinate the move
- Ensure all shipment-related documentation is completed correctly as required.
- Interact closely with the moving team in preparation for the customer's goods
- Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removal and loading ofthe customer’s goods
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team
- General business support function as assigned
