Express Employment Professionals – Canton is hiring Floor Technicians for our client in Canton, a company specializing in commercial and industrial floor care.  Our client provides services such as concrete polishing, epoxy coatings, and floor restoration. They are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and grow with the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and polishing concrete floors
• Help apply epoxy coatings, sealers, and other finishes
• Operate grinders, polishers, vacuums, and related equipment
• Support floor repairs, patching, and surface prep
• Travel to various job sites as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
• Follow safety guidelines and meet project timelines

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care, concrete work, or epoxy application is helpful but not required
• Ability to learn and operate floor‑care equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation required- you will be required to drive to and between locations.
