Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in an Inside Sales & Customer Service role. This is a dynamic position where each customer has unique needs, so flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, tailoring solutions to individual client needs.

• Learn and adapt to our current system as well as a new system within the next 12 weeks.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and team members.

• Collaborate with the team and support overall business goals.

• Work effectively in an open office environment with minimal distractions.

Qualifications:

• Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to handle varying tasks and priorities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to focus in an open office setting.

Schedule:

• Full-time position, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) and Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch).
