Pay: $18+ DOE

We are seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined individual to join our client’s precision manufacturing team as an Entry-Level CNC Lathe / Swiss Turn Operator. No prior CNC experience is required—we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating CNC Lathe and Swiss Turn machines
• Learn how to load materials, inspect parts, and monitor machine operation
• Support machinists with basic machine setup tasks
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers and gauges
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines

Requirements

• No CNC experience required — mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn is key
• Ability to use or learn basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and interest in learning a skilled trade
