A leading Commercial Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and inspections
• Liaise with and schedule subcontractors to keep projects on track
• Verify pricing accuracy and maintain project budgets
• Oversee and update job schedules to meet deadlines
• Review and update drawings as needed to reflect project changes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or a trade firm
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (scheduling, documentation, communication tools)
• Ability to work effectively in the field and coordinate multiple stakeholders
