On Call - Snow Removal

Salary: $23.00

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the winter season. This position is critical to keeping our clients’ properties safe and accessible during and after winter weather events. Ideal candidates are dependable, able to work early mornings or late nights when snowfall occurs, and comfortable working outdoors in cold conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Shovel, plow, and clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and entryways
• Spread salt or ice melt as needed to ensure safe walking/driving surfaces
• Operate snow removal equipment such as snowblowers, skid loaders, or plow trucks (if qualified)
• Respond promptly to snow/ice events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition
• Communicate with supervisors regarding job completion and site conditions

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in cold, snowy, and physically demanding conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and commitment to timely attendance
• Experience with snow removal or equipment operation is a plus (training available)
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
